Your use of the Site or any related email validation services (herein referred to as“Services”) constitutes your (herein referred to as the “Client” acceptance to these Terms and Conditions (herein referred to as “Terms”). Mailcops reserves the right to amend, update, or make changes to these Terms at any time to better serve our community. It is the responsibility of the Client to review these Terms prior to creating your account, as well as periodically for any changes or amendments. If at any time the Client finds these Terms unacceptable, the Client must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Site and Services.

By submitting Client information to MailCops through the Site or Services, the Client is providing Their affirmative consent for MailCops and its associates to:

Collect, disclose, and use any information collected or submitted through the Site or Services. Contact the Client via any contact method They provide, including telephone and email. Disclose Client contact information to third parties, further allowing these third parties to contact the Client via email.

Additionally, MailCops will communicate the Client by posting notices on the Site, or by email. The Client also acknowledges all notices, agreements, disclosures, and other forms of communications provided on behalf of MailCops electronically satisfies any and all legal requirements that such communications be in writing.


When accessing the Site or using the Services, the Client agrees to follow the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of others. At all times, Client use of the Site and its services are governed by and subject to laws regarding the use of intellectual property and copyright ownership. All content included on this Site, to include graphics, text, content, logos, images, button icons, audio clips, data compilations, digital downloads, and software, is the sole property of MailCops (or its content suppliers) and is protected by international copyright laws. The accumulation of all content on this Site is the sole property of MailCops and is protected by copyright laws. The Client is not permitted to use any MailCops logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark without express written permission from MailCops.

Excluding for the limited license expressly granted herein to use the Site and Services, MailCops reserves the sole right, title, and interest in and to the Site and Services and all analytics, processing, data, and other software and technology used by MailCops in the provision of the Services. This includes, without limitation, any derivatives, improvements, alterations or extensions of the Site and Services formulated, diminished to practice or otherwise developed by or on behalf of MailCops.

At no time shall anything contained on the Site be interpreted as permitting the Client a license to use any of the marks, content, trademarks, services, or logos owned by MailCops or by any third party. MailCops' trademarks and trade dress may not be used in conjunction with service or product that does not belong to MailCops in any manner. Not shall it be used in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that defames or discredits MailCops or the Site or Services. The Client recognizes and acknowledges the legality and possession of the MailCops' trademarks and trade dress in the United States and other countries. The Client agrees not to contest the ownership of such marks.


To employ the Services, the Client must create and register an account. To create an account, the Client must provide MailCops with accurate and complete data as proposed by the registration form, including an email address and password.

When the Client uses the Site and Services, They are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of Their account and password, as well as for restricting access to Their computer. The Client agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Their account or password. Any reference within these Terms to Client access or use of the Services is considered to include access or use by associates and end-users. Additionally, any act or omission of an affiliate or end-user that does not comply with these Terms will be deemed as a breach of these Terms by the Client.

The Client will ensure Their account and use of the Site and Services complies with all the stipulations of these Terms, as well as with any applicable local, state, national, foreign, and international laws. The Client agrees to notify MailCops immediately of any unauthorized use of Their account. The Client agrees to notify MailCops of any other breach of security. If the Client creates an account on behalf of an entity, these Terms apply to both the Client and the entity.


By using the Site and the Services, the Client agrees they will not:

  • Breakdown, dismantle, reverse engineer, or venture to reproduce, recognize, or determine any source code, underlying ideas, underlying user interface techniques, or algorithms associated with the Services at any time for any purpose.

  • Appropriate, revise, modify, duplicate, or distribute any source code, object code, software code, or any other tools, products, or processes associated with Mailcops present through their Services.

  • Utilize the Services to verify email addresses that the Client has acquired illegally, or that the Client is not authorized to process or possess.

  • Engage in any actions through or in connection with the Services that attempt to do harm to any individuals or entities. The Client will not engage in any actions that are offensive, unlawful, obscene, vulgar, lascivious, destructive, dangerous, intimidating, harassing, abusive, or that violate any right of any third-party.

  • Engage in any action otherwise deemed objectionable to MailCops (including, without limitation, sending unsolicited distributing or advertising email messages in violation of applicable laws or regulations).

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with access to the Services or the proper operation of the Services, or otherwise may cause harm to the Services, MailCops, or other Site Users.

  • Collect, obtain, or store any information through the Site (including personal data and email addresses).

  • Strive to obtain unauthorized access to the Services, other computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.

  • Violate these Terms or any applicable additional terms in any way, shape, or form.


MailCops may use or grant access to one or more third parties to process payments, process account or user registrations, or provide other services. Client interactions with any of these third parties are controlled by the Terms imposed by those third parties. Any conflicts or disagreements arising from third party services must be settled directly between the Client and the third party. MailCops repudiates all warranties or representations regarding any third party services.

MailCops cannot foresee or anticipate any/all technical or other difficulties that may result in failure to obtain data or loss of data or other interruptions in the Site or Services. Therefore, MailCops does not appropriate liability for the accuracy, timeliness, non-delivery, deletion, or failure to store any data, information, or communications. Client use of third-party offerings is at Their own risk. Subsequently, the Client is subject to any additional conditions, terms, and policies relevant to such third-party offerings.


Any coupons, contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (herein referred to as “Promotions”) made available through the Services may be governed by rules and regulations separate from these Terms. if a Client opts to participate in any Promotions, they are held responsible to review the applicable rules under the MailCops Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules always apply with precedence.


At MailCops, we attempt to keep our Site relevant, current, and updated. Sit information and content (including all written, video, and graphic) should not be deemed to be error-free or a comprehensive source of all information. We are continually updating our product and service offerings. However, we may experience the occasional delay in updating information regarding the Services.

MailCops makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the content of the Site, and assumes no liability for any consequences correlating indirectly or directly to any inaction or action the Client takes based on the information presented on this Site. For example, Products or Services may be described as inaccurately, mispriced, or unavailable. We cannot ensure the exactness or completeness of any data found on the Site.

The Client use of the Site is subject to the additional disclaimers and warnings that may appear throughout these Terms and on the Site. Furthermore, MailCops' reserves the right to update or modify information. We reserve the right at any time to correct inaccuracies, errors, or omissions without prior notice.


The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MailCops.

MailCops has no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Furthermore, MailCops cannot guarantee third-party content will be free of material you may find inappropriate. We cannot guarantee third-party content will be free malware or other harmful software that could damage your computer, mobile device, or any files therein.

The Client agrees and acknowledges MailCops shall not be responsible or liable (directly or indirectly) for any damage or loss in connection with MailCoops of or dependence on any such content, services, or services available such third-party websites or services. As such, MailCops strongly advises all Clients read Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of any third-party websites or services they visit.


MailCops may suspend or delete Client account and/or ban access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.


MailCops, along with any and all of its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, resulting from any of the following:

  • access or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

  • any conduct or content of any third-party on the Services.

  • any content collected from the Services.

  • unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.


The Client assumes sole risk in use of the MailCops Services. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as needed” basis. Therefore, MailCops provides Services without warranties of any kind.

MailCops and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant:

  1. services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular. time or location

  2. any errors or defects will be corrected.

  3. services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

  4. results of using the Services will meet your requirements.


Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Failure to implement any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a relinquishment of those rights. If at any time any provision of these Terms is judged to be unreasonable or unenforceable by a court, the residual stipulations of these Terms will remain in force. MailCops Terms compose the complete arrangement between MailCops pertaining to our Services and replace and substitute any prior contracts we might have had with any Client regarding the Services.

MailCops makes no claim that any of our products, services, or information described or provided through the Site or Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States or all territories within the United States.


MailCops reserves the right to change these Terms. The date presented next to the “Last Updated” legend above corresponds with the date these Terms were last revised.

MailCops reserves the right, at any time, and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify these Terms. Any changes to the Terms will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms. Your use of the Site and Services following any changes means the Client accepts the revised Terms.
